Coach Bren brings the expertise and energy to help you get there. With a BSc in Kinesiology, a Master of Public Health, and over eight years as a track and field coach specializing in high jump, power, and conditioning, she has trained athletes who have competed at provincial and national levels. Her philosophy is to coach the person first and the athlete second, keeping young athletes engaged, healthy, and focused while fueling their drive to excel.
