Brenda is a certified personal trainer located in the Cowichan Valley. She provides fitness and strength coaching for women, helping them feel strong, confident, and empowered through every stage of life. In addition to supporting women, Brenda also works with young athletes to improve power and strength to help them excel in their sport.
